{Make shift studio}

So, I've been trying to come up with different ideas for creating a "studio" in my kitchen.

I found some supplies and purchased them and I think it will be neat-O!

I just have to have the right kind of light in there:)

Here is a picture I took of Breck yesterday while the sun was shining outside.

What do you think? Pretty good light, huh? I told Jake that when we buy our next home (not any time soon), I will be figuring out which room/area would be where I would take pictures and it would have to depend on which way it is facing. Is that silly that I wouldn't buy a home with a room that doesn't face west? I think not.

He was a perfect little model. Just happy to be there. He was even hysterically laughing at me at one point. Am I THAT funny looking?! Ok, don't answer that:)

I pictured him in a "Sunday driving" hat and I think it fit him perfectly!

I would have this hanging in my home. I love it! I just stumbled upon this Etsy seller and she has so many neat art pieces she has done. I might be able to find at least one that will work in my house:) I love her colors too. Neat-O!

I have sort of taken on a new little adventure of photographing food. Actually, dessert. Way better.

This is a first for me. I hope to learn more about food photography in the next while. As of now, I have no clue. It seems funny. I mean, I'm concentrating on making dessert smile:) Hahahaha!

I know someone who is starting out a dessert catering business. She has made desserts for wedding receptions and baby showers so far. I will let you know about her website when it is up and running.

For now, I will let you stare at a couple of desserts I photographed today for her. I got to take a few apples home with me. Delish!
